Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VetrahHub handles information on its institutional pages and event guides, including analytics, campaign attribution and messages sent through our contact page.

1. Who we are

VetrahHub is an independently operated digital event guide based in Mesquita, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The controller is Sandro Corrêa. Privacy questions may be sent to contact@vetrahhub.com.

2. Scope

This policy applies to vetrahhub.com, its institutional pages and VetrahHub event guides. VetrahHub does not sell tickets or process ticket payments. Some links direct visitors through an affiliate network to an independent resale marketplace.

3. Information we process

• Standard page and device information collected through Google Analytics 4, which may include approximate location, browser, device type, pages viewed and session information.
• Advertising parameters supplied in a landing-page address, including GCLID and UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content values.
• A random click identifier, event identifier, button placement, page path and referring page when a visitor selects a ticket link.
• Name, email address and message when a visitor voluntarily submits the contact form or emails us.
• Ordinary technical and security logs that may be generated independently by our hosting provider.

Our custom campaign log does not intentionally record payment details, precise location, browser user-agent or the visitor's name and email address.

4. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the website, understand aggregate usage, evaluate campaign and affiliate performance, associate marketplace-reported transactions with an originating click, respond to messages, troubleshoot errors and meet legal obligations.

5. Analytics and session storage

Event guides may load Google Analytics 4 and send page-view information and an event named outbound_ticket_click when a ticket button is selected. Campaign parameters may be stored temporarily in the browser's session storage and normally disappear when that browsing session ends. Google processes analytics information under its own terms and privacy documentation.

6. Affiliate links and third parties

A ticket button may redirect through CJ Affiliate to TicketNetwork or another clearly identified resale marketplace added in the future. These independent companies may process information, set or read cookies and apply their own privacy policies. VetrahHub may receive commission and transaction-report information through its affiliate relationships but does not receive customers' payment-card details.

7. Contact form

Contact submissions are sent to VetrahHub by email. We use the supplied name, email address and message only to review and respond to the request, maintain reasonable correspondence records and protect the service from abuse. Do not submit payment information or sensitive personal data.

8. Retention

Campaign and click-attribution records are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymized, unless longer retention is reasonably needed to reconcile a transaction, prevent fraud, resolve a dispute or comply with law. Contact correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the request and related compliance records.

9. Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by our hosting, analytics, email, affiliate and marketplace providers as necessary for their services. Because VetrahHub serves visitors online and uses providers in multiple countries, information may be processed outside the visitor's country, subject to applicable safeguards and provider terms.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion, information about sharing, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also restrict browser storage or analytics using browser controls, although this may affect measurement. Submit requests to contact@vetrahhub.com.

11. Security and children

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission is completely secure. VetrahHub is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the service, marketplace relationships or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
