Terms of Service

VetrahHub provides independent event information and links to third-party resale marketplaces. VetrahHub is not a ticket seller or official box office.

1. Informational service

Event dates, times, venues, prices and availability may change. We aim to review essential details but do not guarantee that all information will remain current, complete or error-free. Visitors should confirm material information before purchasing or traveling.

2. Independent status

VetrahHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to any team, league, artist, venue, event, affiliate network or marketplace unless expressly stated. Names are used only to identify the subject of an event guide and remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Resale marketplace links

Ticket links may take visitors through an affiliate network to a third-party resale marketplace. Seller prices may be above or below face value. Marketplace service fees and applicable taxes are displayed by the marketplace before checkout. Visitors must review the listing, seat details, quantity, delivery terms, refund policy and final total before purchasing.

4. Purchases and support

VetrahHub does not issue tickets, accept payment or become a party to a ticket purchase. The marketplace or seller is responsible for inventory, payment processing, delivery, order support, cancellations and refunds under its own terms. Questions about an existing order should be directed to the company that processed it.

5. Affiliate relationship

VetrahHub may earn a commission when a visitor purchases through certain links. This commercial relationship does not increase a charge specifically attributed to VetrahHub and does not make VetrahHub the seller, primary provider or official representative of the event.

6. Acceptable use

Visitors may not misuse, disrupt, scrape at unreasonable volume, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or use the website in violation of law or third-party rights.

7. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and VetrahHub is not responsible for third-party inventory, pricing, transactions, fulfillment, event changes, cancellations, travel costs or marketplace customer service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes and contact
